The Trocks are sad to announce that performances scheduled for spring 2020 have been cancelled due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
March 13 – Davis, CA: Ticket holders for the affected events have been contacted, and refunds are in progress. Due to the high call volume the center is experiencing in its Ticket Office, we encourage patrons to visit mondaviarts.org for updated information on cancellations.
March 14/15 – Berkeley, CA: Ticket holders will automatically receive a refund through their original payment method and should allow up to two weeks for refunds to be processed. Visit calperformances.org for more information.
March 18 – Tucson, AZ: Anyone who bought tickets in advance will automatically receive a refund. Visit uapresents.org for more information.
March 20 – Las Vegas, NV: Please hold on to your tickets. The Smith Center will reschedule as many events as possible and will be in touch with ticket holders about refunds and other options soon. Visit thesmithcenter.com for more information.
April 18 – New Orleans, LA: The performance has been rescheduled to the 2020-2021 season of dance, which will be announced in the coming weeks. Ticket-holders for these performances are being contacted by New Orleans Ballet Association. Visit nobadance.com for more information.
April 20 – La Crosse, WI: We are working to reschedule this performance. More information will be communicated once that decision has been made. If your performance is postponed, your tickets will be automatically transferred to the new date, and you will be contacted by the Box Office with the new performance date and time. April 22 – Bloomington, IN: People that have tickets to canceled events at the Arena and/or BCPA will be contacted with more information. Visit artsblooming.org for more information.
April 24 – Overland Park, KS: This performance has been rescheduled for April 20, 2021. If the new date works for you, take no action and the Carlsen Center will send tickets when they return to campus. If a date doesn’t work for you, please consider converting your ticket value to a donation to the Carlsen Center. If you prefer a refund, and your credit card transaction is older than six (6) months, the Carlsen Center will send you a check in the amount of your refund. Checks will be processed when we return to campus. Credit card transactions less than six (6) months old will be processed as soon as possible and the amount returned to the credit card used for purchase. April 29 – Norfolk, VA: Performance has been postponed; date will be announced. Tickets for postponed performances will automatically be moved to the rescheduled performance date. If you are unable to attend the new date, please contact the VAF Box Office. Visit vafest.org for more information.
